Your account will never have a monthly minimum or service charge, and for your convenience we offer monthly billing for Self Service subscribers.
* Subscribers who wish to have a full FICO scored credit report from TransUnion in addition to NTN’s DecisionPoint® report will have an additional onsite inspection fee of $85. The inspection will need to be scheduled in advance. You are required to have a locking office, crosscut shredder, locking cabinets, and security-protected computers used for work. The cost for the DecisionPoint® Plus reports is an additional $2 when ordered via Self Service. No additional cost when ordered as a part of the Full-Service program!

When prompted after selecting Sign Up Today, simply enter a property zip code of a property you own or represent for a client. Review the reports and pricing available and click “JOIN NOW.”
Quick Tip! Once you have completed the sign up form, you will receive an email verification. Please click to confirm your IP address (must be done on same computer/device you signed up on). Click on the line in blue that says “click here to confirm your IP address.” When the verification is complete, our office will contact you to finish the set-up of your account.

NTN DecisionPoint® $23
Includes credit health score, OFAC (Terrorist Search) and Eviction search.
NTN DecisionPoint® reviews an applicant’s background and produces an overall score, much like a credit score, and corresponding rental analysis results. Both are based on a thorough and objective analysis of the applicant’s credit record, history of evictions and past lease violations. NTN DecisionPoint® also considers length of employment and residence to ensure a higher probability of overall resident retention. The NTN Quality Assurance process ensures that reports are reviewed by experienced staff to verify accuracy.

NTN DecisionPoint® Plus $25
Includes credit summary score, OFAC, Eviction search and TransUnion Credit report with FICO score.
The NTN DecisionPoint® Plus report, is the same as above, but includes a copy of the applicant’s national credit report with a FICO score. The NTN Quality Assurance process ensures that reports are reviewed by experienced staff to verify accuracy.

Multi-State Criminal Search $22
Includes National Sex Offender Search.
Background checks are an integral part of resident screening. Criminal History Reports deliver the most reliable criminal data available. A multi-state criminal report includes a national sex offender database search. NTN® Quality Assurance procedures require a staff review of initial search results before reports are released.
Note: Per JHO Ordinance, Cook County properties only receive JHO compliant results.

Social Security Trace
Includes a complete listing of addresses associated with use of the applicant’s social security number. Understanding an applicants residential history can be very beneficial in corroborating applicants supplied information.
